Intro to ZBrush and Character Design

In this comprehensive course you will learn keys to speeding up your workflow within ZBrush (learning navigation & brushes along the way), founding principles of good Character Design, and every step to creating a finished appealing bust. Plus you’ll learn theory that will help you think through your sculpts and take your models to the next level!

This course is targeted for those newer to ZBrush, but the techniques and principles learned can be applied to any level of artist looking to deepen their understanding of Character Design & modeling.

I’ve broken up this course into 35 easy to watch videos (5 to 20 min each), that are all make-in-real-time and guided with step by step instruction so you can go at your own pace. I will be going over every aspect of creating an appealing bust while modeling this Rock-a-billy Pin-up gal, but the techniques you will learn can be applied to any character design in that cute brain of yours. Along the way you will also build your own easy-to-use base mesh to help you repeat this process to speed up your character designs in the future. (I’m helping you time travel weee!)

We will be working with an original concept created by me (Evie 2.0!) and you will be provided will all the sculpting brushes and assets you need to help you have success while following along in this course.
